Το ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα eufraimidis.com μπορεί να εξυπηρετήσει πελάτες από όλη την Ελλάδα σε συνεργασία με την Γενική Ταχυδρομική.
Υπάρχουν δύο τρόποι αποστολής, ισχύουν για όλη την Ελλάδα, και είναι οι εξής:
Express αποστολή με κούριερ Γενική Ταχυδρομική
Τα προϊόντα αποστέλλονται την ίδια ημέρα ή την επόμενη εργάσιμη ημέρα.
- Κόστος συσκευασίας & αποστολής: €3.00
- Παράδοση εντός 1-3 εργάσιμων ημερών με Γενική Ταχυδρομική.
- Σε δυσπρόσιτες περιοχές μπορεί να πραγματοποιηθεί η παράδοση από 3-5 εργάσιμες ημέρες.
Για αγορές €60 και άνω είναι δωρεάν αποστολή (εφόσον το επιλέξετε).
Δωρεάν αποστολή (Αγορές από 60 ευρώ και άνω, παράδοση σε 1-4 εργάσιμες ημέρες)
Για αγορές κάτω των €35 η χρέωση αποστολής είναι €3 .
Σε περίπτωση που δεν μπορεί να εκτελεστεί η παραγγελία σας για λόγους ανωτέρας βίας (κακές καιρικές συνθήκες, απεργίες κ.τ.λ.) ή έλλειψη προϊόντων, θα επικοινωνήσουμε μαζί σας τηλεφωνικώς (μέχρι 2 τηλεφωνικές προσπάθειες), προκειμένου να μας δηλώσετε αν επιθυμείτε την ολοκλήρωσή της. Εάν δεν απαντήσετε στις τηλεφωνικές προσπάθειες, θα ακυρωθεί η παραγγελία και θα πραγματοποιηθεί αυτόματα επιστροφή χρημάτων.
Επιπλέον, υπάρχει η επιλογή παραλαβής των προϊόντων (local pick up) από το κατάστημα. Ωστόσο η παραγγελία θα ακυρώνεται εφόσον περάσουν 48 ώρες και δεν έχει παραληφθεί από κατάστημα μας.

Customs & import tax
Please be advised that for countries outside the EU, there may be taxes, fees or other charges that you will be expected to pay. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order these charges vary from country to country. We do not have any control over these charges and do not hold current duty rates on file.
If these local import and custom charges are refused or not paid by you, then the item could be returned to Eufraimidis or destroyed. If your order is not returned to us in these circumstances, we may not be able to refund you for your order. We would not be able to refund any original postage costs paid and can only refund for the returned products minus any costs incurred in returning them to Eufraimidis.
Shipping via regular post usually isn’t charged with duties when shipped as gift.
