Return and Refund

Returns and Exchanges at Physical Stores:

  • Exchanges for products purchased from our online store can also be made at Eufraimidis physical stores.
  • Returns and exchanges can only be processed at the store where the item was purchased. The receipt will indicate which shop you can exchange your order’s items.
  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the day of product delivery. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer. For customers in Greece, the return delivery cost is €5.00 (within Attica) and €6.00 (outside Attica) if you use the Geniki Taxydromiki service, with which we collaborate. You will need to send the package at your own expense, and then we will deduct the fee from your refund amount.
  • International orders can be exchanged but we will need to cancel the order and refund you in order to start the exchange process. Exchange process involves placing a new order.
  • In case you receive a defective product, please contact us within one week (7 days) from the date you received your order. Communication must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. This policy applies only to products deemed defective due to manufacturing errors and not to damages caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.


Cancellation of Order and Product Returns:

  • Product returns are only accepted after communication.
  • Cancellation can be done by sending an email to the email address [email protected] or by phone at 211-2138822, Monday to Saturday 09:30 – 14:00.
  • If a cancellation request is made, and the product has already been dispatched, then the customer will be charged cancellation fees.
  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the day of product delivery. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The cost for resending an exchange back to the customer is €5.00 (within Attica) and €6.00 (outside Attica). For international orders, we recommend our customers to use their respective postal service to ship the order back to us. In case the customer refuses or neglects to receive the package, they will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • The product must be in the condition it was received, without any damage, and in its original packaging. Returned products must also include all necessary documents received upon delivery.
  • If the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender.
  • Product photos are provided by their respective companies and are 100% accurate. Returns of products due to differences in color between the physical product and the digital photo (e.g., if the photo appears red but in reality tends towards burgundy) are not accepted.

Refund Policy

  • Store credit via digital discount code. You can apply that code on your next order from our e-shop and the amount will be automatically deducted.
  • Store credit via physical card. Can only be used from the store that it was given from.
  • Full amount refund for domestic orders. You may apply for a full refund of the money you spent on your order by the same method you used to pay. If it was Cash On Delivery method you’ll receive the amount via bank transfer which takes approximately 3-6 days to complete (Your IBAN is needed in that case). If the customer returns the order and opts for recipient billing, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • Please note that the shipping charge for the order cannot be refunded.
  • International orders are eligible for partial refund. The cost of items will be refunded, except for the shipping cost.

Important Note: Please ensure that all the original tags are attached on the item and the item is clean, including your original order receipt or packing slip.
