The eufraimidis.com online store serves customers across Greece in partnership with Geniki Tahidromiki and BoxNOW.

We offer three shipping methods nationwide:

Eufraimidis Domestic Orders Geniki

 

1. Express Shipping with Geniki Tahidromiki Courier

  • Products are shipped the same day or the next business day.
  • Packaging & shipping cost: €4.00.
  • Delivery times:
    • 1-3 business days for most areas.
    • 3-5 business days for remote areas.
  • Free shipping for orders over €60 (delivery within 1-4 business days).
  • For orders below €60, the shipping fee is €4.

Note:
In the event of force majeure (e.g., adverse weather, strikes, or product shortages), we will contact you by phone (up to 2 attempts). If you do not respond, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued automatically.

2. Pick-Up from a BOXNOW Locker

  • Convenient 24/7 pickup from a BOXNOW locker near you.
  • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an SMS with details for locker collection.
  • Products are shipped the same day or the next business day.
  • Packaging & shipping cost: €3.00.

3. In-Store Pick-Up

  • You can collect your order from one of our stores.
  • After completing your order, you’ll receive an SMS with pick-up details.
  • Important: Orders must be collected within 48 hours. Uncollected orders will be canceled automatically.

  • Delivery in 1-3 weeks

For shipments to the United States of America:

  • Shipping & packaging: €20.00
  • Delivery in 3-6 weeks
  • Cost doesn’t include customs and import duties

For shipments to Australia:

  • Shipping & packaging: €20.00
  • Delivery in 3-5 weeks
  • Cost doesn’t include customs and import duties

For shipments to the rest of the world:

  • Shipping & packaging: €20.00

Customs, Import Duties, and Additional Charges

For orders shipped to countries outside the EU, there may be additional costs such as customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by local authorities or postal services. These charges are not included in the shipping fee (€20) paid during checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

While Eufraimidis provides the shipping service to your country, we recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order to understand any potential additional costs, as these charges vary from country to country and are outside of our control.

Additionally, local postal services may impose handling or processing fees for customs clearance and delivery. These charges are common practice in international shipping and are unrelated to the costs collected by Eufraimidis.

If these local charges are not paid by you, your package may be returned to Eufraimidis or destroyed by local authorities. In such cases:

  • We will only refund the cost of returned products (if they are received by us), minus any costs incurred during the return process.
  • We are unable to refund the original shipping fees paid.
