The eufraimidis.com online store can serve customers from all over Greece in cooperation with Geniki Tahidromiki.
There are two shipping methods available, applicable nationwide, as follows:
Express shipping with Geniki Tahidromiki courier:
Products are shipped the same day or the next business day.
- Packaging & shipping cost: €3.00
- Delivery within 1-3 business days with General Postal Services.
- Delivery to remote areas may take 3-5 business days.
For purchases of €60 and above, shipping is free (if selected).
Free shipping (Purchases over €60, delivery within 1-4 business days)
For purchases below €60, the shipping fee is €3.
In the event that your order cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure reasons (such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, etc.) or lack of products, we will contact you by phone (up to 2 phone attempts) to confirm whether you wish to proceed with it. If you do not answer the phone calls, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be automatically processed.
Additionally, there is an option for local pick-up of the products from the store. Once you complete your order, you will receive an SMS on your mobile phone with instructions on which of our two stores you will pick up your order from.
However, the order will be canceled if 48 hours pass without it being picked up from our store.

Customs & import tax
Please be advised that for countries outside the EU, there may be taxes, fees or other charges that you will be expected to pay. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order these charges vary from country to country. We do not have any control over these charges and do not hold current duty rates on file.
If these local import and custom charges are refused or not paid by you, then the item could be returned to Eufraimidis or destroyed. If your order is not returned to us in these circumstances, we may not be able to refund you for your order. We would not be able to refund any original postage costs paid and can only refund for the returned products minus any costs incurred in returning them to Eufraimidis.
Shipping via regular post usually isn’t charged with duties when shipped as gift.
